MINI Cooper Configurations

Three models, differentiated mainly by their powertrains, are available for these body styles: Cooper, Cooper S, and John Cooper Works. These models are then divided into three trim levels: Classic, Signature, and Iconic.
MINI Cooper Powertrains
The Cooper model has a turbocharged 1.5-liter 3-cylinder engine that produces 134 horsepower. The Cooper S model has a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder that produces 189 horsepower. The John Cooper Works model has a turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder as well, but it has a higher output of 228 horsepower.
