    "I asked 3 times that my car be washed and vacuumed, I was told that was standard, when I picked it up it had a ticket stating that both were done... It was the sloppiest wash job and it wasn't vacuumed. This comes after scheduling a service calling to say I was running late, I was told that it was OK you would still be open, only to get there and a service guy shooed me away stating I was too late everyone had gone home, there were two sales people outside just looking on, no one offered that I could leave the car there it was a simple go away.     "I would prefer not to have to go the MINI office only to be taken to the BMW office to get a loaner, It is time consuming and defeats the purpose of having a MINI office. I don't see why this can't be arranged at the MINI office. I also recommend better coordination with the service people when dropping off a car. I was advised that the car wouls need to remain for 2 days because of an engine light. It ws for this reason only that I decided to reserve a loaner car. However, in actuality, after spending quite some time arranging for and getting the loaner, I learned that my car was ready! Apparently, my car was able to be serviced quickly. Had this been determined when I first brought it in, I would have never arranged for the loaner. Apparently, the only reason for the engine light was so that some very minor recalled parts could be replaced.
